Outside Source Pulling Network Traffic

Hello,

I run an Symantec SGS5000 series firewall and noticed today in the logs a warning for “A bad response from the server.” I traced the IP to a dnsbl.blacknight.com and found that is server is pulling my router data to graph network traffic. Is this web site legit or should I block the site?
