overnet speed

Hello there. I am new to this type of p2p program. I have tested this program and find that a file of 487mb it takes more then two weeks to download, my OS is xp pro and using broadband capable of 384KB/s. I am getting only at time of 9KB/s most of the time it is crawling at 0.5 to less then 3KB/s. Can anyone who have used this type of program please help. I know I should go to the web site, I tried but the speed is the same.I wish to know the best configuration. The actual bandwith I am getting is around 250KB/s tested online test.I know it will be difficult for you guys there anyway I just tried here. I have search in the furom withno success. Thanks
