OWA 2003 keeps goi

hi all, i just configured OWA on my Exchange 2003 server. firstly it keeps giving me a certificate error(which i think is ok) but when i click to continue to website, it shows me the “page cannot be displayed” page. this only happens when i try to access OWA from outside my domain. what could be the problem?
