OWA – local access only

Hi,
Our Outlook Web Access is not reachable externally. I’m stumped as to the reason for this.
1. Our internet connection is working.
2. OWA is accessable internally.
3. The event log shows no Errors, (one or two warnings re. Printers.

Any suggestions?
