OWA through AOL

I have a client who uses AOL to connect to the internet from home. Through the AOL address bar he cannot access our OWA Exchange 2000 server (it just keeps asking for username and password). If I minimize AOL and use IE6.0 it works fine. AOL insistsit’s not them it’s my OWA server.

HELP!!!!
