Packet loss problems

I have an ISP that keeps getting packet losses when they do a ping to my Cisco gateway routers.

There are 2 hops between me and the ISP.

The packet loss goes up to 4% on some days.

The cable from the ISP router to our router(1st hop) has already been replaced and collision domains do not exist.

Please help…
