Hi, I’m trying to find a fix for this problem: Parent: child process exited with status 3221225477 — Restarting.

I’m using Apache2.6; PHP5; and MySQL5.1 on a Windows XP box that’s acting as my test server.
I receive the error while running a script to validate user logins.
