Partition Manager

Looking for a good open source partition manager that I can use on an enterprise server running Adv Server 2000 or 2003? I have Partition Magic 8.0 but my understanding is that it won’t do servers. I saw a workaround on the web that will trick PM into thinking the OS is a Desktop OS but not too sure about it. Any ideas? Running low on diskspace fast! I believe I can use Dskpart.exe (???) for 2003 server but what about the Adv Svr 2000.
