partitioning win2k server

My predessesor has made the system partition to small and needs to be extended basically he has put win 2k server, sql server,norton antivirus server and exchange server on a 3gb partition. Is it possible to extend the partition or change the systempartition to another larger one keeping the same settings as the original?
