Parts list

I need the paper feed rollers, or, the paper feed roller & shaft assy for a Packard Bell printer model PB9815, S/N 10193096. Need source. Would also like parts list. This printer has only 10,222 pages on counter. Pickup rollers would stop paper mis-feeds.
