PASSWORD CRACKER

I recently purchased a used Dell Latitude CP notebook [model CP M233ST], for a customer of my company.I can get into the bios but the config setup is password protected. I do not have this password, and i need to configure the bios to change the comm port settings, and boot from cd. Can you tell me if password cracker can unlock this password? If yes where can i get the program?
