Password ‘Hint’ tools

Are there any tools (web-based or other) that clients can go to if forgetting a password (ie:email pw)that would offer the ‘Hint’ option? Looking to set this up without the cost associated with some Single SignOn products that provide the ‘Hint’ asa feature…
