Password Protect Folders with Inbuild Windows Tools

Is ther ne possible way to password protect folders in Windows 2003 Storage Server R2 without using any thirdparty softwares. I jus wnt to use the inbuild windows tools.

Basically thers user specific folders in the Storage Server. Users will login from ther local machines n access d folders so i want to ensure that a particular user gets access to the particular folder that is assigned to him/her only.
