Password Protection for Outlook Users.

Is there a way to protect unauthorized use for Outlook Users even if they are still logged on to Windows NT?

Can the user be asked for the NT Login Password again before allowing user to logon to Exchange Server?

Eg. like ccMail, users can minimize the client and a password protection can be enabled.
