password reset problem

Hi Friends,

I need urgent help from you all .I am facing uniq problem for domain user . domain users are able to change their password when password gets expired but then can not cbahge the password before expiry date they are geeting error as “The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length, password complexity, and password history requirements. ”

please help me for this issue .
