Password Synchronization

Hello,

I am looking for a product that can synchronize a password across ALL platforms when an end user changes their password. We are running Win95/98, WinNT/2000 and AS/400 (iseries). Instead of having the end user to remember several passwordsfor their username across different platforms, they just have to remeber “one” password and this password will change/synchronize all other passwords of the same user. Does anyone know of such product?
