Patching Servers

Ok guys here is the scenario.

I need to patch a bunch of servers that are going to be use to perform a disaster recovery exercise, these server are on a isolated network with not access to internet at all so I scanned the actual production servers with shavlik and downloaded all the missing patches per server and created a folder for each individual server then i created a cd.

The question is how can i applied all the patches at once on each individual server so i don’t have to reboot after applying each patch.
