PATH NOT FOUND ERROR

Hello Dear,
I am having Windows2000 advance server. I connect a Windows Xp computer with my domain. Now I can see my server files from Xp terminal, while cannt Connect with Xp from Server. What is the problem? Help me so i can smooth my network
