PC CRASH

My PC continues to crash as soon as I start using it to work. I run Windows XP. Sometimes it’ll let me in for a while but will crash as soon as I go to the Webb. I was attacked at one point by a Spyware and I think part of my problem is coming from there. Presently, I have purchased a Spyware software but no help. I need help please.
