Frozen Screen at boot-up
My PC is having a problem!
Spec
Athlon 64 2Ghz
Nvidia graphics card 256
ATI internal graphics
1.5Gb RAM
I turn my PC on, it displays some information on screen and then goes into an ATI screen, this I presume is my onboard graphics? upto this point this is normal. Next thing that happens is that the PC makes a beep, the 3 lights on the keyboard flash and the screen is stuck on the ATI screen. I have tried plugging my monitor into the onboard graphics monitor plug but the same happens, so I presume it’s not a graphics card problem? The internal hard drive doesn’t seem to make any noise so I’m presuming it’s broken? If windows is on the internal hard drive how will I ever start up my PC again? I have an external hard drive but how can I get Windows onto it? I’ve tried putting my XP C.D. on the CD drive prior to starting up the PC but it doesn’t help. I’ve also tried other monitors and tried a new cable from the Hard drive to the mother board with no effect.
I cannot access Safe mode either, the PC freezes up stoping me from pressing F8
I’m desperate for help, can someone help??!?!?!?!?!?

P.S. HEEEEELP!
