PC Log on

Dear sirs,

This morning I try to scan my computer using AVG Antivirus and I found 29 threats and delete all the treats. But when I restart my computer I can not log on. The Windows XP tries to log on and displays my user account but when I click my user account it displays to me Logg off. So would you please help me how I can resolve such problem.
