PC make and model

Hi all,

Can any one tell me how i can find the make and model of a pc remotley? ive been scouring the internet allday and cannot find a solution.

We need to do alot of documentation of our network as it is in quite a mess.

I know that most would suggest a nice tool like SAM or IQnetscan but our FD will not fork out. So im going about it in a nice long winded manner!
