PC not booting at all

when i turn on my pc it arrives at the bios screen when i press F2 or anyother nothing happens then when it arrives at the windows XP loading screen it stays for like a minute loading then the screen goes black and it rebboots
it’s not booting from a cd nor a floppy Disk can anyone help??
