PC Not seen in Network Neighborhood

We have a LAN with Windows systems. We find that a couple of systems are NOT VISIBLE in Network neighborhood from other stations. But, from these systems, we can see all other systems. I am unable to understand this behaviour.

Can anybody advise why it is happening and how I can make them visible from other systems in Network Neighborhood?
