PC power

Here’s a strange one. I just got a new AZ31 motherboard. I installed my cards etc. When I plug it on and turn on the power supply, a red light comes on for the hard drive but nothing happend, no beep, fans don’t turn on, NOTHING. I’ve tried 2 power supplies, checked the front panel jumper block, all seems well. The damn power button will not turn on the PC. HELP Please
