PC won’t start up after a power cut……..

As soon as i switch on the power switch on the back of pc the tower powers up, all fans start up, keyboard lights up, have tested all power outputs from PSU (all seems ok), get power led on front panel and thats it. screens blank.
Have tried disconnecting all leads and leaving to discharge over night as recommended by the supplier but nothing. HELP!!!
