pcanywhere capabilities

I’m running WinNT SP4 with DHCP, I want my staff to be able to access their workstation via an IP, but since our workstations are on a DHCP with private IPs, I can’t really do a direct connect to the workstations, so my question is, is it possible to setup pcAnywhere on my server and use the server as a gateway to the workstations? If not what are my other options?
