PCAnywhere Problem

Problem: I have PC Anywhere installed on a Server and a pc(let’s call it PC2) setup with PC Anywhere in another building.When i dial in to the server from PC2 the display is not legible and it seems like a resolution problem.If I lower the resolution on the server PC2 works fine but then we are not able to work on the server with that low resoltuion.Please advise.
