PCI IDE controller

I have a Soltek65DV motherboard, Intel Celeron 466 MhZ processor, 544 MB Ram. Two HDDs, a 15 GB which WIn Me is installed and a 4.3 GB drive used for storage only, no O/S installed. 1 3.5 Floppy Drive, and a 52x CD Rom. My question is this … can I run a PCI IDE controller card in conjunction with the onboard IDE controller so as to run extra HDDs?
