PCI MULTI I/O CARD ADDITION COM3 com4

i use sco unix i would like to add pci multi i/o card as COM3 OR COM 4.The problem is unix is failing to recodnize this card.Please give the procedure on how to add this card on the unix server.The existing serial card on server is occupying com1 and com 2.
