PCL XL error

In my network i have a printer, that is only used by one computer.
Since yesterday the user gets printout that are saying this:
PCL XL error
Subsystem: KERNEL
ERROR: UnsupportedProtocol
Operator: 0x0
Position: 0

He didn’t print anything when he got the error printouts, and nobody else should be on his printer.

Does anybody know what this could be?

I know i don’t have a blot of information but that’s all what i know.
