PDC/BDC Accounts

I have a 6 user NT 4.0 network with a PDC installed. I have added a BDC to the network since they are running out or space/resources on the PDC. The BDC came online just fine, saw the network, syncronized the servers, however I have a problem with access.

I copied all data to the BDC from the PDC, created the shares, there is no login script, just workstation drive mapping, but no one can access the data on the BDC unless they are a member of the Administrator group. I have set permissions on the shares to everybody/full control. Also, if I create a new (test) user on the BDC, it can’t access the data unless a member of administrator.

Any ideas?
