Peer to Peer Conection

Hi, i have one computer with two ethernet cards, under Win 95, and I would connect two computers with a crossover cable to that computer, one under win 95 and the other in win 98, the network doesn?t have internet connection by the moments.
I did the connections but they don?t see each other. What I have to do?
