performing chkdsk/f after each restart

hello,l’d schuled chkdsk/f on my drive d: once, since then everytime l restart my computer it wants to do chkdsk/f
l let the computer do it for about 10 times but l’m ending up with loosing more of my files l’ll be wery greatful if anyone has some answers
