Ever imagine what the personal computer will look like in 2050 AD, forty three years from now ? Will it become a solid state device like a radio connected by a high speed wireless internet pipe. Switch on and it starts working. Applications may all be available via a subscription. No need for end users to worry about antivirus, service packs, hotfixes, booting disorders, software licensing problems, etc.
