Personal E-mails from Distribution Lists

I need to know how to send an e-mail to a distribution list, but have each recipient only see their name in the To: box to make the e-mail seem more personal. Example: I send an e-mail to Network Users distribution list, but the e-mail enters the user’s inbox with a To: field with only their name in it.
