pictures won’t load

I have a win Xp sp2 home addition PC. When I was directed to a site that is a national testing site for high speed Internet the site page comes up well but the portion of that page I need to input info and start test shows a frame and a red “x” at upper left corned. I have tried all I now to correct this but to no avail. I could use some help on this.
