ping private network from internet

Dear Sir or Madame,
I would like to ask, is any command to help you to ping a some computer in private network over the internet.
Let say: iI’m in tha one private network behind firewall. I can ping a proxy server on some other company. And now: Iwould like to ping the computer in behind that server.
