Pioneer DVD-ROM 113 Headache

I am trying to install Pioneer DVD-ROM 113 on customer’s machine. Got driver downloaded from Pioneer website, but when I try to play DVD movie, I get error message seeking missing RESMNGR.EXE file. I’ve never worked with DVD’s before, so I’m stumped. What is it looking for, and where can I get it? Appreciate the assist!
