plan and install cyber cafe

I want to use a single telphone line, to give access to the internet to 5 or 6 users in a cyber cafe system. What are the necessary hardware components needed for the connectivity of such system?
I like to use Win NT4, what are the necessary software components to be installed on the server and the workstations?
