Please Help

Please help if you can, below is what we are experiencing

We open and connect to the VPN using the Cisco 4.8 version of the client. The connection is made.

We then open the Remote desktop clinet with in windows and connect to the server with our hosting service provider. The connection is made.

You can work and do everything is the session , except when you go and minimize the Remote Desktop Clinet and let it sit for aprox 30 secs to 60 secs, try to maximize the client again, the screen maximizes but the session has locked and hung. The session also appears that it has disconnected itself from the VPN also when this happens.

If you leave the window open, the session works fine and it works
