Please help on Microsoft word

I have a document which I dont want users to amend, but rather filling in the blank spaces and print. This works well,by protecting the document and allow only filling in forms in edit restrictions. I have additional request where users can have a flexibility of choosing which paragraph to print. Is it possible? if so is there a way to then close the gap of white space left when those items do not print? Can any one help me on this?
