Please Help (Server 2003 Setup And Configuration)

I Have Comcast As My ISP Provider, I Have A Emachines 600IS Configured With TO Network Interface Cars Or Nic’s, One Is Name Internet Connection For Obvious Reason, The Other Is Name Private Network. I Need Help Setting Up The Dhcp And Dns For The Private Network, To Receive A Connection From The Internet Network. Then Round It In With Active Directory?
