Please Help with IT Project Manager Interview Presentation

I have to give a ten minute presentation at interview for a project role, in response to the following question:

Working in a PMO in an organisation which has ?immature? Programme/Project Management ? present five things you would/wouldn?t do if you were to be appointed to the role.

Any suggestions? I?m finding it quite vague. Do you think it means 5 things to improve the PMO? Or just general things I would do if I got the role? I don?t get it really! It must be relating to project management skills somehow?
