Please recommend a good study resource for Server +

I’m amazed at how hard it is to find books for this exam, and then to find material that has positive reviews. I’m almost finished with cbtnuggets which are fine but I would like to supplement that with a book that will prepare me as much as possible. Please give me your recommendations. Thank you.
