pls.. help me with my DSL

plss.. help me with my DSL coz it always disconnected after 3-5 secs. my modem is ZyXEL P-600 Series.. from the very beginning I don’t have a successful connection since January up to now and still always disconnected… plss.. help if you know this coz I try all my best but nothing happened.. plss. help guys..
