PLZ help -ARcserve2000-backup INCOMPLETE for Microsoft Exchange 2000 server

Hi Everyone, i am using arcserve2000 for backup, which is a backup server.My FILE server backup result is complete, but the EXCHANGE backup is “incomplete”. I am running full backup for all backup. On the backup log detail state this for exchange backup – “Backup operation incomplete”.

I have excluded the following folders as they are affecting the backup for example Symantec Anti-virus folder:
*\MDBDATA
*\SRSDATA
*\SAVRT

but still not working. Does anyone have a clue on this? Appreciated any comments or suggestions.
