point-to-point configuration

Hi can some body help out?
am trying to setup a point to point internet connection from my office to another office. i have put in all the commands but the link does not come up (this is on cisco 3600 router connecting to a server on the other end)

description Link to Westfm (Next Hop 192.168.50.2)
ip address 192.168.50.1 255.255.255.252

frame-relay interface-dlci 25
