Point-to-point connection

I’ve tried to connect our corporate LAN to the sales annex with a point-to-point T1 with no luck.

I’m using Cisco 1601 router attached to Adtran CSU ACE on both ends.

What setting should I use on the Corporate router and on the annex.

The main building and annex are located around 1/4 miles apart.
