POP3 Server Account On Behalf Of Permission

I have POP3 Server account configured in Outlook 2003 using PST. When i am sending mail to any user using FROM Address as any email ID it is accepting. The receiver can see that my email ID on behalf of specified email ID in from address.

How to restict this situation not to send on behalf of messages in POP3 environments. Please advise.
